Intonation is a technical term.
There is much to singing in tune, on key, and in a key.
You also don’t want to sound like a machine or autotuned, do you?
Training which may help with singing better in tune can include melodic ear training and harmonic ear training. You may need both.
If you don’t know intervals, melodic and harmonic, you may have some issues with being pitchy.
If you don’t have your entire range under control, that can also cause issues with singing out of tune.
